Sailing On Saturday (SOS) is launched this Saturday 25 May for all Cadets and Otters, starting at 3:00 p.m., and the programme for the next 3 months goes like this:

1 11:00 am CADET DAY
8 3:00 pm Bring A Friend Day*
15 3:00 pm Class Racing - 1*
22 3:00 pm Sail to Gunfleet Boating Club
29 3:00 pm Sail & Race Training - 2*
JULY
6 3:00 pm Class Racing - 2
13 3:00 pm Fun Time*
20 1:00 pm Picnic Cruise
27 3:00 pm Sail & Race Training - 3*
AUGUST
3 3:00 pm Cruise & Beach Games*
10 3:00 pm Class Racing - 3*
17 3:00 pm Sail & Race Training - 4*
24 12:00 noon Game, Set & Match Cruise
30 3:00 pm Class Racing - 4
SEPTEMBER
7 3:00 pm Class Racing – 5*
The Sail & Race Training will be running two levels:
Level 1 - For those just coming into sailing or with limited knowledge.
Level 2 - For those who already sail and want to improve their skills.
The two levels will run independently but at the same time on all four sessions.
There are five races class races with separate starts for Toppers, Topazes and Hobie 405's plus a menagerie fleet for the rest. Your best four places out of the five races will count and there will be trophies for each overall class winner.
Hot Dogs and Burgers will be served at 5:30 p.m. on all those days with an * against them.
